Spills and Thrills on Sodor is a Take-n-Play set in the Spills and Thrills theme. It includes Thomas, a snap-on paint piece, and a winding track layout designed to stand against a wall.
Lifting the gate at Knapford Station sends Thomas down the track. As he moves, he knocks over a signal, crosses a drawbridge, sends cargo down a zip-line, and through the paint shed coming out with a snap-on paint green piece.

Trivia
- One prototype features a black snap-on paint piece and green feet instead of orange.
- Another prototype features an orange snap-on paint piece, with a hole through where the magnet would be and the funnel part removed.
- The box artwork of Thomas getting covered in paint uses the Thomas from Thomas' Adventure Castle.
