Tidmouth Tunnel (also known as Starter Set - Cave Playset) is a Take-n-Play set. It includes Thomas and a fold-out playset featuring Tidmouth Tunnel and an oval of track. Additional sets and track can be connected to two points. The set can be stored by folding up the track, placing Thomas between the track sections, and attaching the tunnel on top.

Trivia
- An early sketch features a brown and black tunnel with tree details and a straight carry handle, a snap-in railroad crossing sign, a snap-in quarry sign, and Sir Handel included instead of Thomas. The set would also be stored with the engine on a section of track outside the tunnel. [1]
